1. Who we are
This form is run by Sanjivani Gramin and Shahari Vikas Prasikshana Samiti ("Sanjivani Vikas", "we", "us"), a registered non-profit society in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
2. What we collect
Your name, date of birth, email address(es), phone number(s), country, state, city, LinkedIn profile, what you're doing now, your internship role, projects, mentor, your written experience, anything you've achieved since your internship, your recommendation score and suggestions, your photo, and your video.
We save your answers as you type, including before you press Submit, so nothing is lost if you leave the page.
3. How we use it
- To stay in touch with you as part of our alumni community
- To show you in the Sanjivani Vikas Intern Directory on sanjivanivikas.org
- To share your experience and video as a testimonial on our website and our social media (such as LinkedIn and Instagram)
- To improve our internship programme
4. What we may publish
Your name, photo, internship role, projects, country and city, what you're doing now, a link to your LinkedIn profile, your written experience (we may shorten or lightly edit it for clarity without changing its meaning), and your video (we may trim it or add subtitles).
5. What we never publish
We will never publish your phone number or email address. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
6. Storage and security
Your answers are stored in a Google Sheet, and your photo and video in Google Drive, both in an account controlled by Sanjivani Vikas. Only our team can access them, and we keep them as part of our alumni records.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to remove your information, photo, quote or video from our website and social media, or to correct anything that's wrong, by emailing hello@sanjivanivikas.org. We'll always correct anything that's wrong. We review every removal request and decide, at our discretion, whether to remove the content or keep it, for example where it's already part of our published work or records. Where the law requires us to delete your personal data, we will. Content that other people have already shared on social media may stay visible on those platforms.

9. Changes and contact
